If you have an upcoming project that you think we could help with or are looking for an idea of price, we’d love to hear from you. Email or call us and someone will get back to you.

We’ll ask you to provide us with as much information about your projects as possible: this could be images of similar projects in styles you like, rough dimensions, photos of the space it will be housed in, as well a any material choices, finishes or any specific requirements.

Once we have this information, we’ll provide you with an initial guide price for the work - if you have a fixed budget this is the time to let us know so that we can choose material and designs that match this.

But don’t worry if you don't have a style in mind - we can show you examples of our past work, provide material samples, and if necessary, visit you to see the space and discuss your options.

2 Fabrication

If you're happy to proceed with the stated guide price, we will ask for an initial deposit to cover the design work.

Once received, we’ll visit you to take detailed measurements, and then produce drawings / 3D models for your approval.

We can make any required amendments to these, and once we've agreed on a final design, we’ll provide a final cost and lead-time for the project.

3 DELIVERY & INSTALLATION

Once we’ve finished construction, we’ll be in touch to request a further 25% towards the final cost. After this, we’ll arrange a suitable delivery date, as well as giving you an idea of how long the installation will take.

Before our arrival, we ask that you clear the install space and surrounding area, making sure there is a clear path to it, free of any potential trip hazards or breakables.

During the install, we’ll endeavour to keep the disruption to a minimum, but inevitably there may be some noise and dust, and we’d advise covering any furniture that’s in the vicinity. We will of course clean up after ourselves.

A few days after the install, we’ll follow up with you to check you’re completely happy with the finished product. And if so, will request the remaining balance.
